what is embloom’s delivery radius?

We are located in Chicago’s Gold Coast Neighborhood. We will deliver for free within a 7-mile radius of 60610. If you are outside of that radius, a $20 delivery fee will be applied to your order total.

what is embloom’s process for custom orders?

Please tell us what you are looking for, and we will put together a proposal with all the possibilities! If your custom order is more detailed, we would be happy to schedule a call to discuss your needs.

can you elaborate on “designer’s choice” floral arrangements?

To simplify our process and ensure your satisfaction as a customer, “Designer’s Choice” is our default option for floral gifting. When you choose a Designer’s Choice arrangement, you're trusting us to create a unique, seasonal bouquet using the freshest blooms available.

Designer’s Choice - Light: Receive a custom arrangement featuring soft, elegant shades, using seasonal blooms. Expect a delicate palette of whites, creams, blush, pale pinks, peaches, and other gentle pastels—perfect for a light, airy, and refined look.

Designer’s Choice - Dark: This option includes a striking arrangement with bold, moody, and dramatic hues, using seasonal blooms. Look for rich tones like deep reds, burgundy, plum, indigo, and other lush, saturated colors—ideal for a sophisticated and memorable floral statement.

Designer’s Choice - Monochrome: If you're looking for a more simplistic arrangement, this one is for you! Unless specified, EmBloom will choose the color and run with it to make a gorgeous and tasteful monotone arrangement.

how many blooms are included in the different arrangement sizes offered?

The following pertains to our standard “Designer’s Choice” arrangements. “Blooms” are the flowers included in the arrangement. Arrangements may also include mixed greenery.

Small: 10 blooms | Medium: 15 blooms | Large: 20 blooms | X-Large: 25-30 blooms

what are my payment options?

As soon as EmBloom confirms your order, payment is due. We accept payments via Zelle and Venmo. For larger orders or events, a deposit of 50% is required, and all terms will be outlined in a proposal.

are there different vase options?

We do not offer a large variety of vase options. For all “Designer’s Choice” arrangements, a simple, clear vase will be used unless otherwise requested and agreed upon by EmBloom at the time of order confirmation.
